Kawader ERP — Dairy, Juice & Preserves
A food plant is paid for what arrived, not for what was weighed, and it is judged on how fast it can find every pallet that shared one batch. Both are the same record.
What a general system gets wrong here
The intake is priced on what it contained
Raw milk is paid on fat and solids, fruit on brix. The tanker is unloaded, the sample is tested, and only then is the receipt worth money. A goods receipt that prices on weight alone is paying the wrong supplier the wrong amount.
Yield is seasonal and has to be measured
Paste from this week's crop is not last week's yield. A standard bill of materials hides exactly the variance that is the margin, so the plan uses the standard and the costing uses the actual.
Released, or not yet sold
A batch exists in stock before anyone may sell it. Between the line and the laboratory it has to be visible, countable and unsellable — a state the warehouse can see, not a convention the storekeeper remembers.
The code on the pallet is the recall
Production date, line and batch have to run backwards from one retailer's complaint to every pallet that shared that batch, and forwards to every customer who received one. In minutes, because that is how long the question allows.
