ERP solutions that answer to Saudi business requirements HRMS built to Saudi legislation and business requirements
Most ERP reaches the Kingdom as a translation. The government systems a Saudi employer actually reports to — Qiwa, Nitaqat, Muqeem, Ejar, GOSI, ZATCA — arrive as spreadsheets kept beside the system. We built them into it.

What it covers
All of ERPNext's native functionality, from accounting, stock, buying and selling to projects, HR and payroll, is implemented according to Saudi business requirements. In addition, the solution covers the following features that are exclusive to the Kingdom.
Saudization and Nitaqat
Your activity and sub-activity carry their Qiwa identifier and the size brackets that go with them, so the colour band is calculated rather than guessed — red through platinum, with part-time and people-of-determination weighted the way the programme weights them, capped where it caps them. Snapshots run on a schedule and tell you before the band moves, not after.
Iqama and government relations
Iqama issue, renewal and the custody of the document itself. Kafala transfer, sponsorship change, Ajeer, profession change, exit and re-entry against the MOI period, final exit with its benefit calculated, and a Huroob file when someone stops turning up — each one a document with a state, not an errand somebody remembers.
Employee housing and Ejar
Ejar contracts held against the accommodation they pay for, occupants assigned by tool rather than by list, amenities and their purchase requests, and housing cost allocated back to the project the employee is charged to.
Payroll, WPS and the bank file
Monthly projection before the run, salaries placed on hold with a reason, alternative-IBAN authorisation where an employee is paid to an account that is not their own, rejected transfers captured with why — and the bank file generated from the payroll entry, single company or several at once.
Violations, penalties and legal cases
A violation type carries its own decision template and penalty, so the same offence draws the same consequence and the decision is logged with the committee that took it. Where it escalates, the case, the court, the lawyer, the hearings and the documents sit on the same record.
Custody and petty cash
Money and assets held by an employee — عهدة — as a tracked balance rather than a favour: requests, replenishment, an aging SLA that escalates, and reconciliation that closes the balance against receipts and payments.
ZATCA e-invoicing and Zakat
Phase 1 and Phase 2 e-invoicing running in production with a Saudi operator: device registration, the invoice cleared or reported to the authority, the QR the inspector scans, and a log per document so a rejection is a record you can answer rather than a number that will not reconcile.
Islamic bank facilities
Facilities with their collateral, drawdowns against the limit, a repayment schedule that is generated rather than typed, and early settlement handled as its own event.
