Why we build on ERPNext
One open-source platform that covers accounting, stock, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, HR and projects — and that we can extend without asking anyone's permission.
The argument, briefly
Licensed ERP charges per seat and stops where the vendor's roadmap stops. ERPNext charges nothing per seat, and its source is open — which is why we have been able to build sixty-two applications on top of it rather than filing feature requests.
That matters most in this region. Fiscal e-invoicing rules change, Saudization thresholds move, and a payroll rule that is fine this year is a finding next year. On an open platform those are afternoons of work, not vendor negotiations.
What it will not do
ERPNext out of the box does not know your industry. It has no concept of a trip order, a floor plate, an analysis card or a triage score. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling a configuration project that will end in spreadsheets. The honest answer is that the standard modules carry the finance and the stock, and the industry layer gets built — which is the work we do.
Modules we deliver
How a migration runs
Five stages. The order is not negotiable — every failed ERP project we have been asked to rescue skipped the second one.
Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work and map what actually happens, not what the manual says.
Process study
Bottlenecks, duplicated effort and controls that exist only on paper get redesigned before a single form is configured.
Configure & extend
Standard ERPNext first. We build a custom application only where the business genuinely needs one — and then we build it properly.
Migrate & train
Opening balances, master data and history come across clean, and your team is trained on the system they will actually use.
Go-live & support
We stay on after go-live. Every system we have built is still running, and still ours to answer for.
