Kawader ERP — Feed Milling
A feed mill's bill of materials is an answer, not a record. It is recomputed as prices move, inside nutritional limits that cannot move at all.
What a general system gets wrong here
The recipe changes with the market
Least-cost formulation reworks the mix as ingredient prices move, within nutritional bounds. The bill of materials is the output of a calculation, not a fixed document somebody approves once a year.
Ingredients are bought on analysis
Protein and moisture decide both the price and the formula, so the goods receipt waits on a laboratory result and the batch that follows is built from what actually arrived.
Medicated feed leaves residue
A run containing a veterinary additive requires flushing before the next. The sequence of orders is a compliance matter, so the production schedule is not free to be optimised for throughput alone.
Bulk and bagged from one bin
Blown into a tanker for a farm or bagged for a dealer, from the same production run, with different costs, different customers and different delivery economics.
Other trades
Plastics
Injection, blow and extrusion, where the tool is the capacity and the scrap goes back into the batch.

Reaction and blending, where a drum is a weight, an assay and a certificate, and the by-product is stock.
Raw batch to certified drum
Kawader ERPDairy, Juice & Preserves
