Kawader ERP — Export Packhouse

A packhouse is judged twice: once by the grader and once, weeks later, by an importer in another country asking where exactly this came from.

What a general system gets wrong here

Traceability runs back to the block

An importer's rejection must be traced to the farm, the block and the spray record, in hours rather than days. The audit asks the same question before anything has gone wrong at all.

Grading creates the products

One intake becomes export grade, local grade and juice, and the split is only known after sorting. The cost of the intake has to follow that split by value.

The pallet is built to a specification

Count, size, packaging and labelling differ for every market, and the pallet must match the document that travels with it exactly, because that document is what clears it.

Cold chain is a record, not a hope

Pulp temperatures at intake, in the room and at loading belong to the consignment. When a claim comes, those readings are the defence, and they cannot be assembled afterwards.
