Integra
A private school runs three schools at once: the one the ministry sees, the one the accreditor sees and the one families see. Integra keeps them as one set of records, from the application form to the report card, the fee receipt and the ledger, with nothing typed twice. It serves national, American and British divisions side by side, extends to multi-college universities, and carries its own Learning Management System for distance learning.
Application form to report card and fee receipt
What it covers
Divisions and curricula
National, American Diploma and British IGCSE ladders live side by side as divisions of one school, each with its own grades, subjects, assessment style and calendar. The national subjects the ministry requires attach automatically to every foreign curriculum, and one equivalency map places a pupil moving between divisions in exactly the right year.
The school, its teachers and payroll
One campus or many buildings, floor by floor, rooms typed and a live school map. Teacher weekly quotas by rank and stage sit in an editable table, so one class too many turns the screen red with the rule quoted. A subject is assigned across a whole grade in one click, uncovered classes are listed with the lightest-loaded qualified teachers suggested, and a teacher signs in to today's lessons and marking queue rather than a menu. Teachers, drivers and staff are employees on the same system: contracts, leave against the school calendar and payroll runs.
Admission
A public application form in Arabic and English, with every admission rule enforced on the way and every refusal explained in words: national ID validated to its checksum, age bands per grade, document checklists by entry route, an entrance assessment scored by section, and licensed places that stop admission at the licensed number. One approval opens the joining file, pupil record, fee claim and transport request together, on a board every office can see.
Assessment and report cards
The school plans the term's work once, teachers mark it, quarters freeze and semesters compute, so the report card can never disagree with the gradebook. A term plan reaches every class of its grade automatically, marking is keyboard-first with a letter code for the absent and excused, American divisions post Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 with school-set weights, and a promotion run shows who moves up, who is conditional and who repeats before anything is committed.
Distance learning
A Learning Management System for distance learning links each subject to online courses and quizzes. A pupil's quiz submission lands directly in the gradebook, scaled to its column by school policy, and a teacher's own mark always wins, with disagreements logged rather than overwritten.
Fees, instalments and transport
Open a grade and its fee plans answer on the spot, new and promoted pupils priced separately, with components, instalments and the ministry ceiling. Each instalment raises its own invoice, so ageing shows what a family owes today, and discounts and scholarships state their reasons on the claim. Next year's fees come from this year's in one preview. Bus routes carry ordered stops, vehicles and drivers, seats counted as bookings are made, and a fare billed in the school's own split, so a route's profitability is a report rather than a guess.
Compliance and evidence
Cognia, the Ministry of Education and the Supreme Council of Universities each hold their recognition with its term, its scope and a clock: current, renewal window or lapsed. A readiness monitor runs live checks in the reviewers' own groups and names every shortfall, and one click builds a dated evidence pack so what was sent last year stays exactly what was sent. Government rules are enforced rather than remembered: national subjects on every foreign division, teacher quotas, age reckoning and fee ceilings.
Parents, messages and consents
One login for the whole family: attendance, report cards, one consolidated balance and one place to pay, fully right-to-left for Arabic-preference families. Absences reported by a parent arrive as drafts for the school to decide, guardian messages arrive with statuses rather than in a phone log, consents are collected per family, and notifications go by email, SMS or WhatsApp according to each guardian's preference. Underneath every portal sit the same records, so the mark in the gradebook is the mark on the report card is the mark the parent sees.
